The present invention concerns a process for permanent shaping of human hair used both for the permanent waving of human hair with an excellent waving effect as well as for the straightening of curled hair. Accordingly, the first object of the present invention is a process for permanent shaping hair wherein an aqueous composition comprising at least one inorganic salt is applied onto hair and optionally processed up to 20 min and optionally rinsed off and subsequently a composition comprising at least one reducing agent is applied and rinsed off from hair after a processing time of 1 to 30 min and at a temperature of 20 to 45°C and a composition comprising at least one oxidizing agent is applied and processed for 1 to 20 min at a temperature range of 20 to 45°C and rinsed off from hair.La présente invention concerne un procédé de mise en forme permanente des cheveux humains utilisé à la fois pour un frisage permanent des cheveux avec un excellent effet de frisage et pour le lissage des cheveux bouclés. L'objectif de la présente invention est en conséquence un procédé de mise en forme permanente des cheveux, une composition aqueuse comprenant au moins un sel inorganique étant appliquée aux cheveux avec un temps de pose facultatif pouvant atteindre 20 minutes et un rinçage facultatif, une composition comprenant au moins un agent réducteur étant ensuite appliquée puis éliminée des cheveux par rinçage après un temps de pose de 1 à 30 minutes et à une température de 20 à 45°C et une composition comprenant au moins un agent oxydant étant appliquée avec un temps de pose de 1 à 20 minutes dans une plage de température de 20 à 45°C puis éliminée des cheveux par rinçage.
