The present invention refers to a collar (1) for fastening one or more wire-like elements (2) on a pole (3) of a row of plants, comprising a winding element (4) that can be associated with the pole (3), provided with two ends (5a, 5b) and a support element (7) provided with fastening means (8) suitable to fasten said ends (5a, 5b) to the support element (7). Said collar is characterized in that the support element (7) includes at least one locking element (12) suitable to removably fasten one or more wire elements (2) to the support element (7), and in that the fastening means (8) cooperate with at least one retaining means (6) arranged near the ends (5a, 5b).Also claimed is a method of installation of said fastening collar (1).
