CONSTITUTION: A functional vegetable producing system comprises the following: a housing(10) for storing a nutrient solution； a sprout culturing unit(40) detachably installed on the housing； a nutrient solution supplying unit(60) supplying the nutrient solution to the sprout culturing unit； an ultraviolet irradiation unit(50) irradiating ultraviolet rays to plants inside the sprout culturing unit； and a cap(30) and a body(20) included in the housing.수경액이 그 내부에 저장되는 하우징과, 하우징에 착탈 가능하게 장착되며 하우징의 수경액으로부터 수분을 공급받아 씨앗을 발아시키는 새싹배양부와, 새싹배양부로 수경액을 공급하는 수경액 공급부와, 새싹배양부에서 자라는 식물에 근자외선을 조사하는 자외선 조사부와, 새싹배양부로 공급되는 수경액의 수위가 한계수위 이상일 때 수경액을 오버플로우시키는 수위조정부를 구비하는 기능성채소 생산장치를 개시한다. 이러한 기능성채소 생산장치는 휴대가 간편하며, 새싹배양부의 식물에 근자외선을 조사하여 항산화물질이 생성되게 한다.
