The present invention relates to an integral type syringe in which an openable and closable cap is coupled with a luer lock combined with a sleeve at an upper portion of a syringe main body. More specifically, a locking groove and a locking protrusion of a tension locker, which correspond to the openable and closable cap and the luer lock, performs a hanging operation (lock function) when the openable and closable cap is coupled with the luer lock by a screw, thereby preventing the natural looseness of the openable and closable cap and securing the sealing safety, preventing the leakage of liquid, preventing the shortage of an injection, and blocking bacterial penetration. Further, the luer lock is integrally combined (fused or deposited) with the end of the syringe main body, thereby fundamentally solving the problem in that the injection flows out to contaminate the syringe main body and thereabout, and preventing the breaking of a neck portion of the syringe main body to simultaneously improve the use convenience and safety of the syringe.본 발명은 주사기 본체 상부의 슬리브에 결합된 루어 락(Luer Lock)에 개폐 캡을 결합 사용하는 일체형 주사기에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 개폐 캡과 루어 락의 나사 결합시 개폐 캡과 루어 락에 대응 형성된 록킹 홈과 텐션 로커의 록킹 돌기가 걸림 작동(Lock 기능)하므로 개폐 캡의 자연 풀림을 방지하여 밀폐 안전성이 확실하게 이루어지고, 누액 방지 및 주사액 부족 방지와, 세균 침투를 차단하며, 상기 루어 락과 주사기 본체 끝단을 일체로 결합(융착또는 용착)하여 주사액이 흘러 주사기 본체와 주변을 오염시키는 문제를 근본적으로 해결함은 물론 주사기 본체의 목 부분 부러짐을 방지하여 주사기의 사용 편리성과 안전성이 동시에 향상되도록 함에 그 특징이 있다.
