A cap cover (36) of the cap (18) includes a cylindrical body (37), a locking portion (38), and connecting portions (40). The cylindrical portion (26) is provided, on an outer peripheral surface thereof, with protruding portions (28) for restricting movement of the locking portion (38) in a distal end direction with respect to the cylindrical portion (26). A distance (L1) from a distal end of the cylindrical portion (26) to a distal end of each protruding portion (28) in an axial direction of the cylindrical portion (26) is set in the range of 5 mm to 10 mm.
