The present invention provides a hip femoral bone cutting instrument system for cutting the hip bone, comprises a first module. The first module is one piece formed, has an inner surface, an outer surface, an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion has a horizontal perforated slot and a fixed slot. The horizontal perforated slot defines a tool insert angle. The fixed slot is formed from one end toward the inner side.
