The present invention relates to a polysaccharide polymer derived from Bombus terrestris larvae having a repeating unit structure of a zylitol derivative which induces nitric oxide production, and a use thereof and, more specifically, to a polysaccharide polymer which has a nitric oxide production inducing activity forming a honeycomb structure array and has a repeating unit structure of 1,5-anhydro-xylitol polysaccharide manufactured via gel filtration chromatography, anion exchange chromatography, distilled water dialysis, and lyophilization of precipitates and supernatant after grinding the Bombus terrestris larvae, precipitating protein by treating with ammonium sulfate and centrifuging； and a nitric oxide producing agent or a vasodilator and a relaxant using the polysaccharide polymer.본 발명은 산화질소생성을 유도하는 자이리톨유도체의 반복단위구조를 가지는 뒤영벌 유충 유래 다당폴리머 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 서양뒤영벌 유충을 마쇄한 후, 암모늄황산을 처리하여 단백질을 침전시킨 다음, 원심분리하여 침전물과 상등액을 겔여과 크로마토그라피, 음이온교환 크로마토그라피, 증류수 투석 및 동결건조를 거쳐서 제조된 1,5-안하이드로-자일리톨(1,5-anhydro-xylitol) 다당체의 반복단위구조를 가지며 벌집구조상배열을 이루는 산화질소 생성 유도 활성을 가지는 다당폴리머, 및 상기 다당폴리머를 이용한 산화질소 생성제 또는 혈관 확장 및 이완제에 관한 것이다.
