PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic shape of a four-wheel base carriage which simplifies the height adjustment of a car body, has many choices of adjustment height, and enables utilization of even two different heights with no need of adjustment upon setting once.SOLUTION: A carriage horizontal frame is shaped the same even when inverted upside in right and left symmetry, and four pairs of four-wheel carriage fixing seats where four wheels are mounted for the carriage horizontal frame are provided only above the top and bottom center of the horizontal frame to provide rotary shaft fixing holes on one or many stages at the same level of the four-wheel carriage fixing seat with necessary components and unnecessary components for different works to make the structure attachable and detachable. As a ground height adjustment method for a horizontal frame, four methods are provided: a method for replacement with mountable maximum-diameter wheels and wheels smaller than the same wheels in diameter, a method for changing positions of the rotary shaft fixing holes of wheels of the same diameters, a method for inverting upside a carriage frame, and a method for mixing the three methods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】車体の高さ調整が簡単で、調整高さの選択肢が多く、且つ、一度セットすると調整が不要で二つの異なる高さでも利用できる、四輪台車の基本形状を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】台車の水平フレームを左右対称で天地反転させても同じ形状とし、水平フレームに備える4本の車輪を取り付ける4対の車輪固定座を水平フレームの上下中心より上方のみに設け、4対の車輪固定座の同一高さに回転軸固定穴を一つ又は多段に設け、異なる作業では必要な部品と不要な部品があり、前記部品を上面及び天地反転させた上面の前裏面にも着脱容易な構造とし、水平フレームの地上高さ調整方法として、取り付け可能な最大直径の車輪及び同車輪より小さな直径の車輪と交換する方法、同じ直径の車輪を車輪固定座の回転軸固定穴の位置変更で行う方法、及び台車フレームを天地反転させる方法と前記3方法を混用する方法の四つの方法を提案する。【選択図】図2
