PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blockage detection device and a transfusion device in which a portion for positioning a tube to be detected with blockage is hardly contaminated and can be easily cleaned, and a blockage detection component can be downsized.SOLUTION: A blockage detection device of a tube T on the upstream and downstream sides of a pump mechanism for feeding a fluid by elastically deforming the tube T comprises: an elastic body 1 in which a positioning surface of the tube T is flat a pressure sensor 2 for outputting a signal in accordance with the deformation, in which a sensor surface 2a faces the rear surface of the elastic body with a gap Δg and a tubular body presser 3 for bringing the tube T positioned on the elastic body flat surface into close contact with the elastic body front surface with predetermined pressing force in a blockage detection state of the tube T, and transmitting an internal pressure change of the tube T to the sensor surface 2a of the pressure sensor 2 through the elastic body 1. The tube positioning surface is formed in a flat surface, thereby facilitating cleaning and downsizing a configuration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】閉塞検出されるチューブを位置決めする箇所が汚れ難く清掃が簡単になり、また閉塞検出構成部分を小型化できる閉塞検出装置及び輸液装置を提供する。【解決手段】チューブTを弾性変形させて液体を送液するポンプ機構の上下流側におけるチューブTの閉塞検出装置につき、チューブTの位置決め表面が平坦な弾性体1と、弾性体裏面に空隙Δgを置いてセンサ面2aが対向しその変形に応じた信号を出力する圧力センサ2と、チューブTの閉塞検出状態において弾性体平坦面上に位置決めされたチューブTを弾性体表面に所定の押圧力で密着させ、チューブTの内圧変化を圧力センサ2のセンサ面2aに弾性体1を介して伝達させる管状体押さえ3とを備えて構成した。チューブ位置決め表面を平坦面として清掃を簡単にし、構成を小型化した。【選択図】図1
