The implant (1) has sections (4, 6) respectively including fixation units (5, 7) to retain the implant within bones. The unit (5) has non co-planar anchoring branches (10) connected to the section (4) and creating a fitting connection between the implant and one bone. The branches are deployed by fabrication to present diverging and convergent portions (10A, 10B) before placing the implant in the bone. The portion (10A) is opened towards exterior relative to the section (4), and the portion (10B) is formed by folding ends of the branches to facilitate introduction of the implant in the bone.
