摘要：: The present invention discovers a salt of compound I, having an excellent stability, hygroscopicity, and a crystalline structure being able to regenerate, and provides a method for producing the same. The compound I is 3-{(2S, 4S)-4-[4-(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1-H-pyrazole-5-yl) piperazine-1-yl] pyrrolidine-2-ylcarbonyl} thiazolidine (compound I), which is useful as a dipeptidyl peptidase-IV inhibitor.本發明係發現作為二肽基肽酶IV阻礙藥有用的3-{(2S,4S)-4-[4-(3-甲基-1-苯基-1H-吡唑-5-基)哌-1-基]吡咯烷-2-基羰基}噻唑烷(化合物I)之穩定性、吸濕性方面具有優異特性及可再生之晶體結構的化合物I之鹽,或其溶媒合物,並且提供製造該化合物之方法。
