PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening water retaining mat/culture soil manufacturing seed stirring spraying machine including a wireless control device, retaining a sequence deciding a conductive driving machine of a connection system structure, and allowing to rapidly perform operation to improve operability/efficiency/performance/productivity.SOLUTION: This greening water retaining mat relieves/secures greening culture soil, and the operation stop or limitlessly dangerous working condition of the production method therefor, conventionally caused by troubles, with the greening culture soil seed stirring spraying machine, saves labor through concentrated operation by one person, and allows to improve operability/efficiency/performance/productivity by wireless control operation.
