The present invention relates to a Pseudarthrobacter equi ANG28 strain having a plant growth promotion and plant disease control activity and uses thereof. Therefore, the composition containing the strain, a culture thereof, or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient may be useful for promoting plant growth and controlling plant diseases.본 발명은 식물 생장 촉진 및 식물병 방제 활성을 갖는 슈다스로박터 에퀴(Pseudarthrobacter equi) ANG28 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 슈다스로박터 에퀴 ANG28 균주(KFCC 11819P)는 인산 가용화능, 질소 고정화능, IAA 생성능, 사이드로포어 생성능, ACC 탈아미노효소 활성 및 다양한 식물 병원성 곰팡이에 대한 항진균 활성을 가지므로, 상기 균주, 이의 배양물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 식물 생장 촉진 및 식물병 방제에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
