PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition and a food product having the effect of preventing CNS diseases and inhibiting the progress thereof.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention is used for preventing and treating CNS diseases, the pharmaceutical composition containing a dried product of Anredera cordifolia or an extract therefrom. As the extract from Anredera cordifolia is contained, luciferase activity is improved, CRE dependent transcriptional activity is promoted, and the expression of a memory learning-related gene is enhanced. Therefore, the composition can prevent CNS diseases and inhibit the progress thereof, and can be used for preventing and treating CNS diseases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、中枢神経疾患の予防及び進行を抑制する効果をもつ医薬組成物及び食品を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に医薬組成物は、中枢神経疾患の予防及び治療に用いられる医薬組成物であって、雲南百薬の乾燥物または抽出液を含有することを特徴とする。雲南百薬の抽出液を含有することで、ルシフェラーゼ活性を向上させ、CRE依存性転写活性を促進し、記憶学習関連遺伝子の発現を亢進するという効果を生じる。そのため、中枢神経疾患の予防及び進行を抑制することができ、中枢神経疾患の予防及び治療に用いることができる。【選択図】図3
