PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the enhancement of yield in an ultrasonic probe having a two-dimensional array structure.
SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes a plurality of vibrator groups 10 arranged in a two-dimensional state. Each of the respective vibrator groups 10 has a plurality of vibrators 50 arranged in a two-dimensional state. A plurality of first substrates 30 are each electrically connected to a plurality of the vibrator groups 10. A second single substrate 40 is electrically connected to a plurality of the first substrates 30.
