The present invention regards an applicator device for the preparation and application of at least one medical substance, preferably a coloured liquid, comprising: a hollow chamber having a hosting end and an opposite distal end in communication with means for contact with the patient； a cartridge slidingly inserted into said hollow chamber, containing at least one first medical substance, and having a first end external to the hollow chamber, and a second end completely inserted into the hollow chamber； a breaking means positioned at the distal end, capable of establishing a fluid communication between the internal of the cartridge and the means for contact with the patient； said second end being sealed by a filled double layer closure system containing at least one second substance, preferably coloured, mixable and/ or soluble with the first medical substance contained in the cartridge.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'applicateur pour la préparation et l'application d'au moins une substance médicale, de préférence un liquide coloré, comprenant : une chambre creuse ayant une extrémité d'hébergement et une extrémité distale opposée en communication avec un moyen de mise en contact avec le patient ； une cartouche insérée de façon coulissante dans ladite chambre creuse, contenant au moins une première substance médicale, et ayant une première extrémité externe à la chambre creuse, et une deuxième extrémité insérée totalement dans la chambre creuse ； un moyen de rupture positionné à l'extrémité distale, capable d'établir une communication fluidique entre l'intérieur de la cartouche et le moyen de mise en contact avec le patient ； ladite deuxième extrémité étant scellée par un système de fermeture à double couche rempli contenant au moins une deuxième substance, de préférence colorée, pouvant être mélangée et/ou soluble avec la première substance médicale contenue dans la cartouche.
