The present invention relates to an orthodontic method and, more specifically, to a lingual orthodontic method using ultra small orthodontic apparatus. The main structure of the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing a bracket (1) which has a base surface attached to teeth surface and forms concave grooves (26) on the base surface and forms through holes (11) in the upper part of the grooves (26) a step of attaching the manufactured bracket (1) to teeth (20) a step of first straightening by inserting a circular wire (10) made of shape memory alloy into the attached teeth (20) and a step of second and third straightening by enlarging diameter of the circular wire (10). The bracket (1) has a structure including a taper unit (24) which becomes narrower towards gingiva. The wire (10) has either a linear structure or an arc structure.
