The invention discloses a method, system and equipment in monitoring transporting liquid. The method includes setting up the transporting liquid equipment, acquiring a video by photographing a drop bag of the transporting liquid equipment, and then displaying the processing results according to the setting value of the transporting liquid equipment. By means of a time length of the setting value to acquiring the video data of the drop bag, the video data is calculated for the dropping speed of drops. It is supposed to improving the speed controlling of drops for patients and health care providers. Further the total time of the inputting liquid dropping is acquired by setting the volume and dropping speed of the inputting liquid, and executes a final countdown. Due to the final time, it is warning for the safety of transporting liquid.本發明提供了一種輸液監測方法、系統及設備。對輸液監測設備進行設置；用所述輸液監測設備對滴囊拍攝視訊；根據所述輸液監測設備的設置結果顯示所述輸液監測設備的處理結果。根據設置的時間長度獲取滴囊的視訊數據，並對該視訊數據進行處理獲得滴囊中液滴的滴速，提供了醫護人員或病患控制滴速的可能，從而提高了輸液的可控性。進一步地，根據設置的待輸入液體的體積以及滴速，獲得滴完所述待輸入液體的所需時間，並進行倒數計時，當倒數計時結束時，發出警報，提高了輸液的安全性。
