The present invention relates to an apparatus of removing a malodor using chlorine dioxide gas, configured to completely mix malodor gas and chlorine dioxide gas and supply the mixture to a line mixing unit, thereby improving removal efficiency of a malodor. To this end, according to the present invention, the apparatus of removing a malodor using chlorine dioxide gas comprises: a lower mixing unit (21) configured to mix malodor gas with chlorine dioxide gas； a line mixing unit (22) provided on an upper portion of the lower mixing unit (21)； an upper storage unit (23) provided on an upper portion of the line mixing unit (22)； a treatment gas outlet (24) provided in an end of the upper storage unit (23)； and a pre-treatment mixing chamber (10) provided on a lower portion of the lower mixing unit (21). The pre-treatment mixing chamber (10) includes: a cylindrical outer pipe (11)； and an inner pipe (12) provided in the outer pipe (11), wherein a malodor gas injection pipe (11a) and a chlorine dioxide gas injection pipe (11b) are connected to an upper portion of the outer pipe (11).본 발명은 이산화염소가스를 이용한 악취 제거장치에 관한 것으로서, 악취가스와 이산화염소가스를 완전히 혼합한 후에 라인믹서부로 공급함으로써 악취 제거효율을 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 악취가스와 이산화염소가스가 혼합되도록 하는 하부 혼합부(21)와, 상기 하부 혼합부(21)의 상부에 구비되는 라인믹서부(22)와, 상기 라인믹서부(22)의 상부에 구비되는 상부 저장부(23)와, 상기 상부 저장부(23)의 단부에 구비되는 처리가스 배출구(24)를 포함하여 이루어지는 이산화염소가스를 이용한 악취 제거장치에 있어서, 상기 하부 혼합부(21)의 하부에 전처리 혼합조(10)가 더 설치되고, 상기 전처리 혼합조(10)는, 원통형의 외부관(11)과, 상기 외부관(11)의 내부에 구비되는 내부관(12)을 포함하고, 상기 외부관(11)의 상부에 악취가스 주입관(11a) 및 이산화염소가스 주입관(11b)이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
