According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of instant cooking noodles comprises: a first step for primarily cooking by boiling noodles； a second step for wrapping by mixing the primarily cooked noodles, water, garnish ingredients, and sauce in a retort container and filling noble gas； and a third step for sterilizing contents inside the retort container under a fixed temperature and treating a secondary cooking at the same time.본 발명에 따른 즉석 조리면의 제조방법은 면을 삶아 1차 조리하는 제1단계, 1차 조리된 면, 물, 고명재료 및 소스를 레토르트 용기에 혼입하고 비활성기체를 충진하여 포장하는 제2단계, 소정의 온도로 상기 레토르트 용기 속의 내용물의 멸균 및 2차 조리를 동시에 처리하는 제3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
