PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce irritation on a user sensing the irritation caused by a preservative in use without taking any special step in prevention of microorganism contamination during a production process or affecting preservability of the skin external preparation by applying the skin external preparation to a skin after immediately adsorbing and reducing the preservative included in the skin external preparation on use.SOLUTION: A material including ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is provided.
