PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain tank capable of settling the bridging phenomena inhibiting grain flow down occuring in the grain tank, and capable of performing smooth transportation and discharge.SOLUTION: A grain tank 4 is vibratably equipped with a flow plate 21 above a grain discharge screw 13 set at a gutter 10 formed with bottom walls 4e and 4f inclining at the bottom of the grain tank 4. The flow plate 21 receives grain to be collected and decreases grain pressure to the grain discharge screw 13 side, and flows down the grain from a flow path R formed between the flow plate 21 and the bottom walls 4e and 4f to the grain discharge screw 13 side so as to transfer and discharge the grain. Bottom wall flow plates 26 receiving and flowing down the grain to the grain discharge screw 13 side are vibratably arranged on the upper surface of the bottom walls 4e and 4f, further, the bottom wall flow plates 26 and the flow plate 21 are connected with links 31 positioned above the flow path R, and the bottom wall flow plates 26 or the flow plate 21 are/is driven to vibrate and the other is/are together driven to vibrate through the links 31.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】穀粒タンク内で生ずる穀粒流下を阻害するブリッジ現象を解消し、スムーズな搬送排出を行うことができる穀粒タンクを提供する。【解決手段】穀粒タンク4の底部で傾斜する底壁4e,4fによって形成される樋部10に設置した穀粒排出螺旋13の上方に、貯溜される穀粒を受けて穀粒排出螺旋13側への穀粒圧を軽減させる流板21を振動可能に備え、流板21と底壁4e,4fとの間に形成される流路Rから、穀粒を穀粒排出螺旋13側に流下させ搬送排出する穀粒タンク4であって、底壁4e,4fの上面に穀粒を受けて穀粒排出螺旋13側に流下させる底壁流板26を振動可能に設けると共に、底壁流板26と流板21とを流路Rの上方に臨ませるリンク31により連結し、底壁流板26又は流板21の一方を振動駆動し、リンク31を介して他方を共に振動駆動する。【選択図】図4
