PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge nozzle member (34) in which the liquid being stayed in a liquid reservoir (62) is prevented from flowing out of the liquid reservoir as much as possible even if the tip is directed downward.SOLUTION: A discharge nozzle member (34) comprises a tubular nozzle part (48) formed of a discharge port (56) penetrating from a lower edge to an upper edge, an annular bottom wall (58) extending from the lower edge or the lower part of the nozzle part (48) to the outside in the radial direction, and a tubular outside wall (60) extending from an outer circumferential edge of the bottom wall (58) to the upper part. An annular liquid reservoir (62) is defined by an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle part (48), an upper surface of the bottom wall (58) and an inner circumferential surface of the outside wall (60).
