PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for an absorbent article which can realize a high liquid absorbency and a high liquid retentivity of the absorbent article, and in addition, has a high concealment for liquid and is excellent in leakage tightness for shedding liquid and loose stool, and by which the liquid remaining in the surface layer is suppressed, and also, to provide the sheet for the absorbent article which is rich in cushioning property, and has a gentle feeling to the skin while maintaining the above functions, and applies a soft and dry feeling.
SOLUTION: In this sheet for the absorbent article, a first sheet 7 having an external layer 1 and an internal layer 2 is intermittently bonded to a second sheet 3 on the internal layer side. Protuberance sections 4 protruding to the first sheet side, which are formed in a space between the bonded sections, are continuously installed on the sheet for the absorbent article. Also, a fiber which constitutes the external layer of the first sheet is finer than a fiber which constitutes the internal layer in the sheet for the absorbent article.
