The present invention relates to a meat salting device, which includes: a storage part storing a salting solution； a salting part salting meat by receiving the salting solution； and a supply part supplying the salting solution stored in the storage part to the salting part. The salting part includes: a first salting part housing forming a space to store the supplied salting solution； a second salting part housing installed in the first salting part housing, forming a predetermined space inside, including a plurality of salting solution penetration holes formed to connect inside and outside, and rotated around the central axis in a vertical direction； and a plurality of dividing parts stacked in the second salting part housing, and rotated as the second salting part housing is rotated. The dividing part includes: a holding part holding divided meat, including an edge part forming the edge, and having the inside of the edge part formed into a mesh structure to connect the upper and lower parts； and a plurality of support arms extended to the lower part of the edge part of the holding part.
