The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a hydroxyapatite having improved bioaffinity, dispersibility, adsorptivity, absorbability, and cell activating ability； a cosmetic and a food, which contain the hydroxyapatite； and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, provided is a carbonate- and magnesium-substituted hydroxyapatite having a particle size of 5-60 nm, wherein a portion of the calcium atoms in the hydroxyapatite are substituted with magnesium atoms and a portion of phosphate groups are substituted with carbonate groups.La présente invention a pour objet de produire : une hydroxyapatite ayant une bioaffinité, une dispersibilité, une adsorptivité, une absorbabilité et une capacité d'activation cellulaire améliorées ； un produit cosmétique et un aliment, qui contiennent l'hydroxyapatite ； et un procédé de production de ceux-ci.
