The present invention relates to an all-weather greenhouse, wherein the greenhouse comprises a wall part forming a planting space for plants on ground and the wall part includes a north side wall facing the north and side walls inclined to the south and ground by being extended from both longitudinal sections of the north side wall； a storage part installed under the planting space along the east and west direction of the north side wall and containing water and air； a temperature controlling part mounted throughout the inner surface of the north side wall and exchanging heat with the planting space by being supplied with water from the storage part and makes the water flow to be stored in the storage part again； a water supplying part connecting the first end of the temperature controlling part to the storage part and circulating the water of the storage part along the temperature controlling part by supplying the water to the temperature controlling part； and a ceiling part closing the planting space by being mounted at the upper surface of the wall part and including bubble filled therein, wherein the wall part is formed by building a plurality of soil sacks produced with liquid permeable materials. The all-weather greenhouse and a method for constructing wall parts thereof maintain the temperature of the planting space at the certain temperature regardless of change in the all-weather greenhouse, therefore reduces costs for greenhouse facility and maintenance.
