The present invention relates to a diagnosis part extracting protocol of a three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis apparatus and, more especially, to a method for extracting a diagnosis part of a patient through a question and answer program which uses patient personal information and a decision tree algorithm. The diagnosis extracting method of a three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis apparatus, provided by the present invention, includes: a first step of receiving personal information of a patient in the three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis apparatus; a second step of determining whether a medical record of the patient exists or not through the personal information; a third step of updating and storing the hospital medical record and personal information of the patient in a database in case the medical record exists in the second step and storing the inputted personal information in the database in case a new patient does not have a medical record; a fourth step of outputting medical examination data which is stored in the database on the screen of the three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis apparatus through the question and answer program and storing a response in the database by receiving the response which corresponds to question and answer data; a fifth step of adding a weighed value to the response by using the decision tree algorithm and extracting one or more diagnosis parts by using collected response data according to the added weighted value; and a sixth step of outputting a position which correspond to the extracted diagnosis parts on the screen.본 발명은 3차원 초음파 진단기의 진단부위 추출 프로토콜에 관한 것으로서, 환자의 개인정보와 의사결정 트리 알고리즘(Decision Tree Algorithm)을 이용한 질의응답 프로그램을 통해 환자의 진단부위를 추출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 3차원 초음파 진단기의 진단부위 추출방법은 환자의 진단부위 추출은 3차원 초음파 진단기에서 환자의 개인 정보를 입력받는 제 1단계, 상기 개인정보를 통해 상기 환자의 진료기록 유무를 판단하는 제 2단계, 상기 제 2단계에서 상기 진료기록이 존재하는 경우, 상기 환자의 병원 진료기록과 개인정보를 갱신하여 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 상기 진료기록이 존재하지 않는 신규 환자의 경우 입력된 상기 개인정보를 상기 데이터베이스에 저장하는 제 3단계, 상기 질의응답 프로그램을 통해 데이터베이스에
