The present invention provides a plasma sterilizer which prevents the generation of byproducts of a sterilizing agent in a sterilization chamber while enhancing the sterilization efficiency. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the plasma sterilizer includes: the sterilization chamber storing a sterilization target a vacuum pump which is connected to the sterilization chamber to set a vacuum a measuring unit which measures the supplied sterilizing agent to a set amount a vaporizer which is connected to the measuring unit through a first pipe path and is connected to the sterilization chamber through a second pipe path, to vaporize the measured sterilizing agent and supply the vaporized sterilizing agent to the sterilization chamber and a plasma generator which is installed on the sterilization chamber to generate plasma in the sterilizing agent vapor.
