Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung eines Janus Nanopartikels, in den mit einem einfachen Verfahren ein Arzneimittel eingekapselt werden kann, und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung desselben. Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein Verfahren bereitgestellt zur Herstellung eines Janus Nanopartikels, der einen Partikel-Durchmesser von 0,01 bis 5000 µm hat, und der aus einem Lipid und einem Polymer besteht, wobei das Verfahren umfasst: einen Schritt der Emulgation einer Lösung von einer oder mehreren Arten von Lipiden und einer oder mehreren Arten von Polymeren, die in einem gemeinsamen Lösungsmittel gelöst sind, in einer wässrigen Lösung einer oder mehrerer oberflächenaktiven Substanz(en), und einen Schritt der Entfernung des gemeinsamen Lösungsmittels aus der erhaltenen Emulsion.The object of the present invention is to provide a Janus nanoparticle into which a drug can be encapsulated by a simple method, and a method for producing the same.
