The massage machine (1) of the present invention includes: a massage mechanism (30) that gives a massage action to a treatment region； a movement drive part (13) that moves the massage mechanism (30) along a predetermined track (23) from one side to the other side of the track (23)； and a switching mechanism (26) that switches the moving direction of the massage mechanism (30) to multiple directions by changing the bending level of the track (23).
