Therefore, consumers can prevent obesity and chronic disease, and improve quality of life without changing the existing situation in diet.本發明提供一種生產低葡萄糖產生率之稻米加工品的方法,包含:將一稻米起始物經由脫殼為經白米進行磨粉,以水調濕5-50%,混合均勻後,利用雙軸擠壓機進行膨發,維持進料端溫度於50-80度C之間,中段部分以120-155度C進行擠壓混揉;後段以160-180度C進行快速成型與乾燥,其中該稻米係具有降低葡萄糖產生率達32-46%;以及提供一種稻米包裝,包含選自於由台東29號、台中193號、台中65號、台中186號、以及任意組合所組成之稻米群組,其中該稻米包裝所包含之稻米群組係降低葡萄糖產生率達32-46%。因此,能使消費者在不改變原有飲食習慣的情形下預防肥胖與慢性疾病,並提升生活品質。
