CONSTITUTION: A seedling transplanter (100) comprises a frame (110), a pair of first guides (120), a planting shovel (130), a pair of second guides (140), and a seedling support plate (150). The first guides are vertically fixed on the frame with an interval from each other. The planting shovel includes a planting shovel unit and an operation lever. The planting shovel unit comprises a pair of planting shovel blades hinge-coupled to each other and is formed in a wedge shape. The operation lever is fixed to each planting shovel blade and is movably mounted on the frame through the first guide.
