The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, effective for inner ear disorders. The objective of the present invention is to fabricate the dosage form containing drug complex with nanodiamonds. Prepared drug-nanodiamond complex are loaded and formulated as in situ gels. Due to small size nanodiamonds, the prepared formulation easily permeates through round window membrane and thus able to reach inner ear.
