PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid composition in which the temporal content reduction of 3',6-di-O-sinapoyl-sucrose ester is inhibited.SOLUTION: We found out that the content reduction of 3',6-di-O-sinapoyl-sucrose ester is inhibited by compounding carboxymethyl starch sodium, sorbitol, stevia, glycyrrhizinate dipotassium, maltitol, or saccharin sodium. That is a solid composition containing 3',6-di-O-sinapoyl-sucrose ester, and at least one kind selected from the group consisting of carboxymethyl starch sodium, sorbitol, stevia, glycyrrhizinate dipotassium, maltitol, or saccharin sodium.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 経時的な3’,6-di-O-sinapoyl-sucrose esterの含量低下を抑制した、固形組成物を提供することにある。【解決手段】 カルボキシメチルスターチナトリウム、ソルビトール、ステビア、グリチルリチン酸二カリウム、マルチトール、又はサッカリンナトリウムを配合すると、3’,6-di-O-sinapoyl-sucrose esterの含量低下が抑制されることを見出した。 すなわち、3’,6-di-O-sinapoyl-sucrose ester、並びに、カルボキシメチルスターチナトリウム、ソルビトール、ステビア、グリチルリチン酸二カリウム、マルチトール、又はサッカリンナトリウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種を含有することを特徴とする固形組成物である。【選択図】なし
