PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral pharmaceutical agent or the like for humans with allergy conditions (particularly fish allergy conditions) to acquire a resistance to the allergy safely and simply.SOLUTION: An oral pharmaceutical agent or the like contains enzyme treated fish meat obtained by degrading a fish meat of a kind of salmon and/or trout into fractions with 6,000 molecular weight or less by neutral protease derived from fruits, as an active ingredient.
