PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise analysis program allowing accurate acquisition of a running state by displaying, on a monitor, at least a ground contact time, a pitch, and a stride when an exerciser runs.SOLUTION: An exercise analysis program P capable of being read by a computer 20 having a data storage part 24 for storing three-dimensional acceleration data D, as measured by a three-dimensional acceleration sensor 10 worn on an exerciser allows the computer to achieve: ground touching/leaving recognition means 32 for recognizing ground touching times and ground leaving times of both right and left feet from a set measurement start time point on the basis of the three-dimensional acceleration data ground contact time calculation means 34 for calculating ground contact times of both the right and left feet pitch calculation means 36 for calculating the number of steps per unit time as a pitch, assuming one step as a period from one foot of both the right and left feet contacting the ground to the other foot contacting the ground stride calculation means 38 for calculating a distance from one foot of both the right and left feet contacting the ground to the other foot contacting the ground and display execution means 40 for displaying the calculated ground contact times, the pitch, and the stride on a monitor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】少なくとも運動者の走行時の接地時間、ピッチ、ストライドをモニタに表示させることにより走行状態を正確に把握できる運動解析プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】運動者に装着された3次元加速度センサ10によって測定された、3次元の加速度データDを記憶するデータ記憶部24を有するコンピュータ20が読み出し可能な運動解析プログラムPであって、3次元の加速度データに基づいて、設定した測定開始時点からの左右両足の着地時と離地時を認識する着地離地認識手段32と、左右両足のそれぞれの接地時間を算出する接地時間算出手段34と、左右両足のうちの一方の足の接地から他方の足の接地までを1歩としたときの単位時間当たりの歩数をピッチとして算出するピッチ算出手段36と、左右両足のうちの一方の足の接地から他方の足の接地までの距離を算出するストライド算出手段38と、算出した接地時間、ピッチ及びストライドをモニタに表示させる表示実行手段40とをコンピュータに実現させる。【選択図】図2
