PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckwheat-extract-containing solid formulation which has high storability and keeps the respective ingredients stably effective.SOLUTION: The buckwheat-extract-containing solid formulation is obtained by squeezing a raw material containing at least part selected from among leaves, stems, and roots of buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), thermally sterilizing the squeezed juice, fermenting the sterilized juice with lactrobacillus, and freeze-drying the fermentate. It is also possible that the fermentation is performed with yeast and lactrobacillus. This composition, if desired, after being formed into tablets or capsules, can be used as a functional food effective to alleviate symptoms of a patient with allergy or with lifestyle-related diseases.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】 保存性が高く、各成分の薬効を安定して保つことができるソバ抽出物含有固形組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 ソバの葉、茎及び根から選ばれた少なくとも一部を含む原料を搾汁し、この搾汁液を加熱殺菌した後、乳酸菌により発酵し、この発酵液を凍結乾燥して、ソバ抽出物含有固形組成物を得る。なお、酵母及び乳酸菌により前記発酵を行ってもよい。こうして得られたソバ抽出物含有固形組成物は、必要に応じて錠剤やカプセルの形態にして、アレルギーや生活習慣病の患者の症状改善効果を示す機能性食品して利用できる。
