According to the present invention, a catheter comprises: an insertion pipe provided with at least one channel inside to be inserted into an object； a towing pipe provided to be slid in a longitudinal direction of the insertion pipe； a plurality of deployment plates radially arranged around the front end of the insertion pipe, surrounding the front end of the insertion pipe in a streamlined shape, and connected to the towing pipe to deploy the front end as the towing pipe is towed； and a deployment maintaining unit connected to the towing pipe and the insertion pipe to maintain a deployed state of the plurality of deployment plates.
