PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and correctly execute a restorative operation of a fracture site such as the distal radius.
SOLUTION: This bone fracture treatment apparatus is provided with: a plate 6 that is formed with a plurality of holes 10 for passing screws or pins 12 and is fixed to the fracture site by the plurality of screws or pins 12 inserted in the holes respectively a sleeve 8 through which an insertion wire rod 7 is penetrated and a guide body 9 that is formed with guide grooves 9a, 9b, 9c and 9d where the sleeve is penetrated and detachably connected to the plate by a connection means. The guide grooves are configured to extend in parallel to a plane that includes the whole axes of the plurality of screws or pins aligned in a line for fixing the plate, the sleeve is slidably and swingably guided in the guide groove so as to allow the insertion wire rod in the sleeve to slide and swing its head in parallel to the plane, so that, even an operator with a low level of skill can easily catch a spicule 1a with the insertion wire rod and correctly execute an operation in a short period of time.
