FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely restorative medicine, and can be used for treating cerebral ischemia in newborns. Corporeal biologically active points of acupuncture corporeal channels H1, H5, F2, F4, F5 are affected. For one session pair of points is selected: LU10 and HT8 for channel H1, TE2 and BL66 for channel H5, LR2 and HT8 for channel F2, BL65 and GB41 for channel F4, GB38 and LI5 for channel F5. One point of LO-points group is coupled with each pair of points: PC5, TE8, SP6, GB39. Exposure on corporeal biologically active points is performed for 1 minute on each of three corporeal points with light wave of light intensity 2-5 MCD. Exposure with blue light is made with wave length 450-485 nm at frequency 5 Hz. Light exposure on auricular points is made for 15 sec. In first day lightpuncture is made for corporeal points of channel H1 to the right LU10, HT8, PC5 and auricular points (AP) AP 55 (X) - "antistress" and AP 25 (V) - "brain stem" bilaterally. In second day lightpuncture is made for corporeal points of channel H5 to the left TE2, BL66, TE8 and auricular points AP 59(X) - “hypotensive” and AP 34(VI) - "cerebral cortex" bilaterally. On third day lightpuncture is made for corporeal points of channel F2 to the right LR2, HT8, SP6 and auricular points AP 82(XIII) - "zero" and AP 37(VII) - "cervical spine section" bilaterally. On fourth day lightpuncture is made for corporeal points of channel F4 to the left BL65, GB41, GB39 and auricular points AP 51(IX) - “sympathetic” and AP 13(II) - “adrenal gland” bilaterally.
