PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation which contains corticosteroid, is excellent in stability, and can be inhaled by a known nebulizer.SOLUTION: The liquid preparation which can be inhaled contains corticosteroid, such as an effective amount of budesonide, sulfoalkyl ether cyclodextrin (SAE-CD), and an aqueous liquid medium. The molar ratio of corticosteroid vs SAE-CD is in the range of from about 1:1 to about 1:10,000. The SAE-CD exists in sufficient amount to dissolve and stabilize the corticosteroid at the time of storage. And the inhalant drug further contains one or more kinds of therapeutic agents selected from a &bgr；-adrenergic receptor agonist, dopamine (D) receptor agonist, local anesthetic, anticholinergic drug agent, IL-5 inhibitor, antisense modulator of IL-5, milrinone, lactic acid milrinone, tryptase inhibitor, tachykinin receptor antagonist, leukotriene receptor antagonist, 5-lipoxygenase inhibitor, and the like.【課題】コルチコステロイドを含む安定性に優れ、公知のネブライザーにより吸入可能な製剤の提供。【解決手段】有効量のブデソニド等のコルチコステロイド、スルホアルキルエーテルシクロデキストリン（ＳＡＥ－ＣＤ）および水性液体媒体を含み、コルチコステロイド対ＳＡＥ－ＣＤのモル比が、約１：１～約１：１０,０００の範囲にあり、ＳＡＥ－ＣＤが貯蔵時にコルチコステロイドを溶解し安定化するのに十分な量で存在する吸入可能な液体製剤。更にβ２－アドレナリン受容体アゴニスト、ドーパミン（Ｄ２）受容体アゴニスト、局所麻酔剤、抗コリン剤、ＩＬ－５阻害剤、ＩＬ－５のアンチセンス調節剤、ミルリノン、乳酸ミルリノン、トリプターゼ阻害剤、タキキニン受容体アンタゴニスト、ロイコトリエン受容体アンタゴニスト、５－リポキシゲナーゼ阻害剤等から選択される１種又はそれ以上の治療薬を更に含む、吸入可能な薬剤。【選択図】なし
