The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for making up and/or caring for the skin and/or the lips, comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, • - at least one pulverulent phase comprising at least hydrophobic silica aerogel particles, • - at least one hydrophilic active agent, preferably chosen from moisturizers, preferably chosen from: • o sorbitol, • o polyhydric alcohols, preferably of C2-C8 and more preferably of C3-C6, preferably such as glycerol, propylene glycol, 1,3- butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol or diglycerol, • o and mixtures thereof, • - at least one oil, which is preferably non-volatile, • - at least one surfactant, • - the said pulverulent phase representing between 0.1% and 25% by weight and preferably between 0.5% and 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, and • - the said composition comprising less than 2% by weight of water relative to the total weight of the composition, and preferably being anhydrous.La présente invention porte sur une composition cosmétique pour le maquillage et/ou le soin de la peau et/ou des lèvres, comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, au moins une phase pulvérulente comprenant au moins des particules daérogel de silice hydrophobe au moins un principe actif hydrophile, de préférence choisi parmi les agents hydratants, de préférence choisi parmi le sorbitol, les polyols, de préférence en C2-C8 et de préférence encore en C3-C6, de préférence tels que le glycérol, le propylèneglycol, le butylène-1,3-glycol, le dipropylèneglycol, le diglycérol ou le glycérol, et les mélanges de ceux-ci au moins une huile, qui est de préférence non volatile et au moins un tensioactif ladite phase pulvérulente représentant entre 0,1 % et 25 % en poids et de préférence entre 0,5 % et 20 % en poids du poids total de la composition et ladite composition comprenant moins de 2 % en poids deau par rapport au poids total de la composition et étant de préférence anhydre.
