The present invention relates to a method for producing sanitary paper such as toilet paper, napkin, and hand towel by containing particulate fillers, such as starch and kaolin clay, which is dry-dispersed, more specifically, thermoset-attached along with hot-melt powder. The sanitary paper products such as napkin, toilet paper, and hand towels produced by the production method can improve physical properties such as tensile strength, tear strength, thickness, basis weight, whiteness, and dust prevention.본 발명은 고령토 클레이와 전분 같은 미립자 충전제를 핫멜트 파우더와 분산하여 건식으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 열융착 방식으로 부착하여 포함하는 화장지, 냅킨, 핸드타올 등 위생용지의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 냅킨, 화장지 및 핸드 타올 등 위생용지 제품은 인장강도, 인열강도, 두께, 평량, 백색도 및 먼지방지 등 물리적 속성을 개선할 수 있다.
