The present invention relates to a head and neck massage device having a magnet, and more particularly, to a head and neck massage device having a magnet in which the massage device is divided into a concave part and a convex part, the concave part and the convex part are successively provided, and a permanent magne is disposed on the convex part, wherein the magnets are provided so that same poles of the magnets face each other to cause a cushion action due to repulsive force to help a user have a good sleep.
