PURPOSE: An oral composition of flurbiprofen using a self-emulsifying drug delivery system is provided to enhance bioavailability and to ensure quick expression. CONSTITUTION: A self-emulsifying drug delivery composition contains 40-90 wt% of carprylo carpryloyl macrogol glyceride, 4-40 wt% of oleoyl macrogol glyceride, 2-30 wt% of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, and 3-20 wt% of flurbiprofen. The composition contains 25-45 weight parts of dioxy silicon as a carrier. The composition also contains 40-100 weight parts of magnesium stearate, dextran, or hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin.본 발명은 자가 유화 약물 전달 시스템을 이용한 플루비프로펜의 경구용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 카프릴로 카프로일 마크로골 글리세라이드, 올레오일 마크로골 글리세라이드, 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노에틸 에테르 및 플루비프로펜을 함유하는 액체 자가 유화 약물 전달 조성물을 제공하며, 이를 다시 담체를 이용하여 고형화시킨 고체 자가 유화 약물 전달 조성물을 제공한다.
