PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device usable as a movement support deice for the handicapped.SOLUTION: A transport device comprises a cargo carrier 10, a central walking element 80, a first side part walking element 20 and a second side part walking element 50. The central walking element 80 is arranged between the two side part walking elements 20 and 50. The walking elements 20, 50 and 80 are arranged in the cargo carrier 10 so as to be vertically movable to the cargo carrier 10. The side part walking elements 20 and 50 can vertically move independently of the central walking element 80 by vertical actuators 26 and 56. The walking elements 20, 50 and 80 are arranged in the cargo carrier 10 so as to be movable back and forth in the horizontal direction to the cargo carrier 10.
