PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of suitably responding to a cross fixing as well as a straight fixing by acquiring stretching axes in two or more directions according to the disposition of an elastic member.
SOLUTION: This disposable diaper includes fastener members 5 and 5 for wearing a paper diaper to a body, in the back-side both sides, wherein each fastener member 5 includes: one or a plurality of joining pieces 8a consisting of superposed nonwoven fabric sheets 11 and 12, elastic members 10, etc. interposed between the nonwoven fabric sheets 11 and 12 and applying a stretching force thereto, and a hook-and-loop fastener 9 provided in the inner face side of the nonwoven fabric sheets and projecting laterally and an attachment portion 8b to be attached to the paper diaper. Each elastic member 10 is disposed at the joining piece 8a in a curved shape having at least a reversion potion, and includes at least two or more stretching axes K1 and K2 in the direction crossing with the longitudinal direction of the member of the projecting piece. The attachment portions 8b are joined with the back-side both sides of the disposable diaper.
