PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter stabilizing a planting state of seedling and improving workability by providing a torque leveling mechanism on a planting drive transmission member of a planting part, causing the planting drive transmission member to generate an inverse-phase torque fluctuation and preventing torsional vibration and backlash of the planting drive transmission member.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises: a transmission mechanism (a PTO (Power TakeOff) shaft 123) for taking a drive PTO output from a transmission case 4 and planting drive means for driving a planting arm 22 that supports and rotates a planting claw 17. The planting drive means includes a planting drive lateral-transmission member 51 for driving the planting arm 22 by a non-constant speed mechanism, a planting drive vertical-transmission member 53 for distributing the planting drive force from the planting drive lateral-transmission member 51 to the planting arm 22, and a planting drive arm transmission member 47 for transmitting the planting drive force from the planting drive vertical-transmission member 53 to the planting arm 22.
