The present invention relates to a novel water-in-oil vaccine adjuvant composition and a method for manufacturing the same. In the present invention, a water-in-oil vaccine adjuvant candidate substance having self-emulsifying feature is manufactured, which has a mineral oil as a main component and is composed of an appropriate ratio mixture of span 80/Cremophor ELP, Carbomer 940, and Carbomer 971P, and a vaccine adjuvant candidate substance having secured stability through the evaluation of antibody formation ability using a target animal and the formation of abnormal meat is selected. Therefore, the water-in-oil vaccine adjuvant composition of the present invention can exhibit an effective and safe immune-enhancing efficacy in vivo.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 신규 유중수형 백신 보조제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 미네랄 오일을 주성분으로 하고 스판 80/크레모포어 ELP의 적정 비율 혼합물, 카보머 940 및 카보머 971P로 이루어지는 자가유화 특징을 지닌 유중수형 백신 보조제 후보물질들을 제조하였으며, 목적동물을 이용한 항체형성능 평가 및 이상육 형성 시험을 통해 효력과 안전성이 확보된 백신 보조제 후보물질을 선별하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 유중수형 백신 보조제 조성물은 생체 내에서 효과적이고도 안전한 면역증강 효능을 나타낼 수 있다.
